Shipping policy
Our shipping policy applies Australia Wide. Some states have certain restrictions on our product types and we have applied these to the products to the best of our knowledge.
State Shipping Laws on Restricted Items – Replica Firearms , Knives , Archery equipment
Please research and follow the advice of your states regulations on Restricted Items before making a purchase. Unfortunately, we are not liable for any confiscated goods or damages in transport as a result of not heeding these laws. Mount Morgan Outdoors applies the relevant legislation requirements that applies to the restricted item for the State it will be delivered to.
Standard Shipping
Please allow 1-3 business days for handling time and processing of orders. During peak season and sales, we ask for some additional processing time as we catch up with our orders. We reserve the right to exceed these conditions under certain circumstances.

- Western Australia: 5-6 Business Days
- South Australia: 5-6 Business Days
- New South Wales: 4 Business Days
- Canberra : 4 Business Days
- Brisbane: 2 Business Days
- Victoria : 5-6 Business Days
- Tasmania : 5-6 Business days
- Northern Territory: 5-6 Business Days
Express Shipping

Tracking
Tracking information should be sent within 24-48 hours of the parcel being processed through our system. If you require more tracking information, please contact us at info@tacticaledge.com.au with your order number and details and we will be happy to help.
Changes to Shipping
Please ensure your shipping information including your delivery address is correct before checkout. We are unable to change delivery address once the order has been processed and sent via Australia Post.
Shipping Liability
Once an order has been dispatched, it is in the hands of Australia Post or Startrack Express and we will not be held responsible for any items that go missing. If you require help with locating a missing order, please use Australia’s Post or Startrack Express missing item page.
